How many different samples will be included in each box?

A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12, this helps avoid competing products.


Is there a deadline to get the samples sent to you?

You can request which box to be part of and a deadline will be mentioned, or you can get the samples to us at your own convenience, and they will be included in the next upcoming box.


Is there a limit on the size or weight of the sample we send?

No, you can send any size of sample and as much literature as you desire (within reason).


Can I contact the practitioners my samples go to?

Due to various GDPR laws we will not give out any personal details, however, we will gladly share any feedback received.


How will I know when you have received our samples?

We recommend you send your samples with a tracked service; we will of course email you when we have received your samples.


The samples I’m sending are worth a lot of money does this get me a discount?

No, the prices listed online are not negotiable.


Can I send more than one sample in each box?

Yes, if you have multiple flavours or would like to promote various products in one mailing, you can.


Do you have any information on how the practitioners got on with the samples?

We are working on a feedback page for practitioners which you will be able to access soon.


Can I request my samples back and get a refund?

Yes, providing we have not started sending them in the agreed box.
